About the Internship

Join us as a Support Engineer Intern and get real-world experience solving technical problems in cloud and security environments. You’ll support day-to-day ticketing, learn how to use helpdesk tools, and get hands-on with Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Cloud, and security tools like Defender, Sophos, and ESET.

What You’ll Learn & Do

  • Shadow support engineers to learn how tickets are handled.
  • Assist in resolving simple Microsoft 365, email, and Access issues.
  • Learn about endpoint security and cloud administration tools.
  • Help document support cases and update knowledge bases.
  • Understand how metrics like these matter in tech support:
  1. -First contact resolution
  2. Average response time
  3. CSAT & SLA performance
