About the Role 

We’re looking for a target-driven, tech-savvy Sales Executive to join our high-growth IT services company. You’ll be responsible for selling cloud solutions and managed services across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms. 

This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of B2B cloud services, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping clients transform their businesses with technology. 

What You’ll Do 

Sales & Revenue Generation 

  • Identify and close new business opportunities in mid-market and enterprise segments. 
  • Promote cloud and IT services offerings—Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Cloud, Managed Services. 
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, including: 
  • Monthly revenue targets (e.g., $30k-50k/month depending on territory) 
  • Quarterly pipeline generation goals 
  • Client acquisition and retention metrics 

Client Engagement & Solution Selling 

  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations for prospects. 
  • Understand client pain points and match solutions to business needs. 
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales and product teams to tailor proposals. 

Account Management & Growth 

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts for upselling and cross-selling. 
  • Work closely with customer success and product teams to ensure post-sale satisfaction and expansion. 
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and regularly update pipeline activity. 

Partner & Program Alignment 

  • Leverage Microsoft and Google incentive programs to support sales activities. 
  • Stay updated on partner campaigns, co-selling opportunities, and funding programs. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, cloud solutions, or SaaS. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and/or Google Cloud preferred. 
  • Strong hunter mentality with a consultative selling approach. 
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

Bonus Points For: 

  • Experience working with Microsoft/Google partner sales programs. 
  • Knowledge of CSP licensing, cloud marketplaces, or managed service contracts.
