About the Role
We’re hiring Customer Success Specialists to help our clients succeed with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Cloud. You’ll be part of a growing team that supports businesses in getting the most from their cloud solutions through onboarding, training, usage reviews, and ongoing support. You’ll also help spot opportunities to grow accounts and ensure our customers feel supported every step of the way. What You’ll Do
Customer Engagement & Support
- Support onboarding and training for new cloud customers.
- Respond to customer queries and help troubleshoot product usage issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins and basic service reviews.
- Monitor customer health and usage trends, escalating issues where needed.
Adoption & Enablement
- Assist in preparing training content, guides, and best practices.
- Encourage usage of key Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Cloud features.
- Track adoption KPIs and user engagement metrics: Product activation within 30 days of onboarding, User training participation rates, and Customer support satisfaction score (target 90 %+).
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with account managers, cloud engineers, and senior customer success leads.
- Document and maintain accurate customer notes and success plans in CRM tools.
- Help deliver customer success stories, feedback summaries, and basic reports.
Partner & Program Support
- Support the use of Microsoft/Google-funded resources for training and onboarding.
- Stay updated on changes in partner programs and assets that benefit customers.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years in a customer-facing or support role (IT, SaaS, cloud preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for helping others and solving customer problems.
- Willingness to learn about cloud platforms (M365, Azure, GCP).
- Organized and proactive with strong follow-through.
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in customer onboarding or training.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365 Admin, Google Workspace, or CRM platforms.
- Certifications or coursework in cloud, support, or customer success.
