About the Internship
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Intern to support our team in delivering a great experience to our clients across Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Cloud, and cybersecurity services. You’ll gain hands-on experience helping businesses adopt cloud technologies, tracking engagement, preparing user guides, and supporting service reviews, all while learning from a high-performing, customer-obsessed team.
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Assist in onboarding and training sessions for new customers.
- Help create customer success materials: welcome kits, guides, checklists.
- Track usage metrics and prepare reports for client service reviews.
- Join customer calls and take notes/action items.
- Learn how Microsoft and Google partner programs support adoption and engagement.
- Understand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like: Adoption rate, User satisfaction (CSAT), and Renewal and retention indicators.

- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Eagerness to learn in a dynamic, tech-focused environment.
- Bonus if you’ve used Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or CRM platforms.
