The challenge
Previously, Tribe was using a mailing platform that was hosted on different servers and had limited security features. They also experienced high costs of maintenance for the servers and even higher costs when creating data backups. Collaboration was minimal and they were not receiving the necessary technical support
The solution
Cloud IT worked with Tribe Hotel to create accounts for each member of the team. Thereafter, we migrated all the data from their old system to their new system and gave them in-depth training on how to use the new system. We also provided 24/7 support and were always on call in case any clarification was needed.
The results
